Take a pause, reconnect with yourself, and step into community at our Return to Yourself: A Back-to-You Open House. This is a special opportunity to explore wellness offerings, meet our practitioners, and experience our warm, welcoming space firsthand.
During the open house, you can:
Try 30-minute mini-classes designed to support relaxation, movement, and mindful presence ($5 per class; each class lasts 45 minutes, as it includes a 15-minute QA):

Mat Pilates with Robyn Kemple-Keeports | 12:15pm-1pm
Restorative Yoga & Sound with Elizabeth Swope & Vanessa Simmons | 1:15pm-2pm
Qigong with Jason Jacobs | 2:15pm-3pm
Enjoy 15-minute mini-massage sessions with Stacey Porter, LMT, fully clothed, for a quick reset and tension release ($15 per session)
