Qigong for Grounding, Flow, and Nervous System Balance

Lancaster, PA

Qigong at Embodied Wisdom Institute is offered as a somatic and meditative movement practice that nurtures inner balance, fluidity, and presence. Rooted in ancient wisdom and trauma-informed guidance, this practice invites you to move slowly, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the subtle rhythms of your body.

Whether you're new to Qigong or returning to it as a resource for nervous system support, our classes emphasize easeful movement, mindful breath, and compassionate awareness.

This is a space where you are encouraged to honor your own pace. Our approach is inclusive and invitational, supporting BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ folx, and all bodies in discovering movement as a path toward embodied resilience.
