Book what you want, when you want it.
Every class and session is priced on its own, so you can try one thing, come back for another, or settle into a weekly rhythm. Groups stay small: four people for Qigong, six for sound.

Each private session includes a check in, about 45 minutes of sound, and a check out. Sessions open up as pop up appointments throughout the month.

Onsite and virtual events
Flat event pricing for 60 or 90 minute sessions. No travel fees anywhere in Lancaster County. Outside the county, we add $1.25 per mile, round trip from our Lancaster studio.

Every sound booking includes
A planning conversation by email, careful packing and transport of all instruments, setup and a sound check before your group arrives, the live session, and full breakdown afterward.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Space at Embodied Wisdom Institute is limited, and when you book, that spot is held just for you. To keep our offerings sustainable for our practitioners and fair to everyone who wants to attend, please review this policy before purchasing.
All sales are final
All purchases for classes, private sessions, workshops, events, and retreats are final and nonrefundable. Purchases can't be moved to a different date, class, or service, except in a true emergency (see below).
Can't make it? Gift your spot
You're welcome to pass your spot along to a friend, family member, or anyone you think would benefit. Email us at contact@embodiedwisdominstitute.com before the scheduled start time with their name and email address, and we'll update the booking.
Emergencies
Life happens. If you're facing a genuine emergency, such as a serious illness, injury, or family crisis, please contact us as soon as possible.
Classes and private sessions: we may apply your purchase to a different class or private session, as long as it's used within one month of your original purchase date.
Workshops, events, and retreats: these can't be moved to another date, even in an emergency, because space, materials, and facilitator time are planned around the confirmed group. You're still welcome to gift your spot to someone else.
Emergency requests are reviewed case by case and approved at EWI's discretion. We may ask for supporting information.
No shows
Bookings missed without notice are forfeited.
If we need to cancel
If Embodied Wisdom Institute cancels a class, private session, workshop, event, or retreat, you'll receive a full refund or, if you prefer, a credit toward another offering.
