Monthly Community Mental Health Wellness Series

About Embodied Wisdom Institute

At Embodied Wisdom Institute, we are committed to creating a space where individuals can explore, learn, and grow in ways that honor their whole selves: their mind, body, and spirit. We believe in the transformative power of compassionate, trauma-informed care and understand that personal and collective growth thrives in supportive, inclusive environments.

The Monthly Community Mental Health Wellness Series holds a special place in our hearts because it offers a platform for important conversations that too often remain unheard. Our goal is to create an inviting space where community members can engage with mental health topics that are frequently misunderstood or overlooked. Through these presentations, we aim to reduce stigma, increase understanding, and provide accessible, practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.

This series is an opportunity for licensed mental health professionals to connect with the community, share their knowledge, and offer support to those seeking to grow and thrive. We invite you to be a part of this collective journey of awareness and empowerment.

Join Us in Expanding Community Understanding: Call for Presenters

At Embodied Wisdom Institute, we are deeply committed to creating spaces where both individuals and communities can explore, learn, and grow. Our Monthly Community Mental Health Wellness Series offers an opportunity for licensed mental health professionals to contribute their expertise, increase awareness, and engage in meaningful conversations with the community.

We believe that the sharing of knowledge is a powerful tool for transformation, and through this series, we aim to shine a light on mental health topics that are often misunderstood or underrepresented. Your expertise can help bridge gaps in understanding and support others in their journey toward well-being.

Call for Presentations:

We are inviting licensed mental health practitioners to offer 60-minute in-person presentations that will help increase awareness of specific mental health topics and highlight effective therapeutic approaches.
