Vanessa founded Embodied Wisdom Institute after nearly a decade of guiding people through body based practices for rest and regulation, and seeing again and again what becomes possible when someone feels safe enough to slow down and listen inward.
Her work is guided by compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for the body's own intelligence. She knows change unfolds differently for each person, so she centers choice, pacing, and lived experience in every space she holds. She doesn't push or prescribe. She creates the conditions, offers the invitation, and follows your lead.
Gong Training
Twelve days with the gong.
In 2025, Vanessa attended the 9Ways Academia 12 Day Gong Camp, studying with Mitch Nur, Mike Tamburo, Michael Bettine, and Thomas Orr Anderson. It deepened her relationship with the gong as a tool for regulation, resonance, and listening, and it's the backbone of how she builds Immerse and Resonate.
Support is most sustainable when it honors choice, pacing, and lived experience. That's the principle I return to in every space I hold, whether it's a sound session or a conference room.
