Organizations & Teams

Wellbeing that
works at work.

Body-based wellness for teams who are ready to invest in sustainable human performance.

Your people are your most important asset — and they are operating in conditions that deplete rather than replenish. Chronic stress, disconnection, and burnout don’t just affect individuals. They erode culture, reduce performance, and cost organizations far more than any wellness initiative.

Embodied Wisdom Institute brings evidence-informed, body-based practices to your organization. Not as a perk — as a strategy.

77%of workers report chronic workplace stress
$322Bannual cost of employee burnout globally
ROI on workplace wellness programs on average
40%of turnover is linked to burnout and stress

“When people feel regulated and present, they think more clearly, collaborate more effectively, and stay longer. Wellness isn’t soft. It’s structural.”

Customized for your team. Grounded in practice.

Every engagement is designed in partnership with you. We don’t offer off-the-shelf wellness packages — we build something that fits your people, your culture, and your goals.

On-Site Wellness Sessions
We bring Qigong, Sound Meditation, or a combination of both directly to your workplace. Sessions can be delivered during lunch breaks, team meetings, off-sites, or as a recurring wellness offering. Available in-person and virtually.

These sessions are designed to be accessible to all fitness levels and backgrounds. No prior experience is required. Participants leave feeling more present, settled, and ready to re-engage.

Workshops & Team Experiences
Longer-form experiences designed for deeper impact. Half-day and full-day workshops blend body-based practice, nervous system education, and group process to create meaningful shifts in how your team relates to stress, communication, and collective care.

Topics can be customized around themes such as resilience, sustainable leadership, stress regulation, or team cohesion. These sessions are facilitated with warmth, rigor, and deep respect for each participant.

The Embodied Trainer Certification
Our flagship professional certification for L&D and training professionals. Organizations can sponsor employees to complete the 7-week Embodied Trainer program — building internal capacity for sustainable, performance-driven training that also honors the human doing the work.

Group enrollment is available with customized pricing for teams of two or more. This is the program that changes how your trainers train — and how long they stay.

Ongoing Wellness Programs
For organizations ready to move beyond a one-time event, we design ongoing monthly or quarterly wellness programs that build sustained practice over time. Recurring engagements deepen impact, create community, and signal to employees that well-being is a genuine organizational value — not a checkbox.

These programs are built around your team’s schedule, goals, and culture. We meet you where you are and grow with you.

Trauma-Informed Care Consulting
Many organizations want to build cultures of psychological safety and genuine care — but aren’t sure what that looks like in practice beyond a policy or a training day. Vanessa consults with organizations on what it means to operate through a trauma-informed lens: how it shows up in communication, management practices, physical space, onboarding, and the everyday rhythms of team life.

This is not a clinical service. It is a strategic and practical engagement designed to help leaders and HR teams understand the principles of nervous system safety and translate them into organizational behavior. The result is a culture where people can show up more fully — and where that’s actually the point.

Who We Work With

Built for organizations that take people seriously.

We work best with organizations where at least one leader genuinely believes that human well-being is connected to organizational performance — and is willing to act on that belief.

Our engagements are not one-size-fits-all. We take time to understand your team, your culture, and your goals before we design anything.

  • HR & People Teams
Building or expanding employee wellness programming that goes beyond basic benefits.
  • L&D & Training Departments
Developing facilitators and trainers who are skilled, sustainable, and performance-driven.
  • Leadership & Executive Teams
Teams seeking grounded, restorative retreat experiences that serve both renewal and strategy.
  • Healthcare & Helping Professions
Organizations whose staff carry significant emotional labor and need sustainable support systems.
  • Mission-Driven Organizations
Nonprofits, educational institutions, and social impact organizations where values alignment matters.
Our Promise to You
We will never deliver a generic wellness day with no follow-through. Every engagement begins with a real conversation about what your team needs and ends with a clear sense of what changed. We stand behind the quality of our facilitation and the integrity of our approach.
How We Work
Discovery call to understand your goals → Customized proposal with options and investment → Co-design of the engagement → Delivery with your team → Debrief and next steps. Simple, transparent, and genuinely collaborative.
Investment
Organizational engagements are priced based on scope, group size, duration, and format. All engagements begin with a complimentary discovery call. Reach out at contact@embodiedwisdominstitute.com to start the conversation.
